Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We want you to love your Aurelle serum. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
